No account manager, no studio, no "team" page with stock photos on it. When you ring, one of us answers. When you meet us, you've met everyone. We're a married couple running a family business from Ossett, and most of the businesses we work for are family businesses too.

Builds it, and keeps it running.
I do the building. The design, the code, the Shopify themes, the search side and the hosting — all of it is me, which is why there's never a question I have to go and ask somebody else about. I've been building and fixing websites for over fifteen years, a lot of them sites somebody else built and walked away from.
I build by hand rather than from a template, because a template gives you the same site as the two other firms in your town who bought it. And I do the local SEO groundwork at launch — titles, structured data, your Google Business Profile — instead of selling it back to you six months later.
If something breaks at nine on a Sunday, I'm the one who fixes it.

Looks after you.
I do the part that's actually about you. The first meeting, working out what you need, getting your words and your photographs off you without it turning into homework, and staying in touch afterwards.
I'm usually the one who turns up. I'd rather sit in your shop for an hour and understand what you do than send you a questionnaire and guess.
And I'm the one who rings to see how you're getting on when nothing is wrong.
02 — How we workThe bits that aren't in the contract
We've noticed that when people meet us, they go with us.
That's not a sales technique. It's just that most web firms are a form and a quote, and we're two people who turn up, listen, and are still there afterwards. So we lean into it.
We come to you.
Your shop, your unit, your kitchen table — wherever you actually run the business from. Vicky learns more in an hour with you than any brief could tell her. There's usually a coffee involved. It's not a ritual, it's just how conversations go.
We're family run, and we work for family businesses.
Carpet shops, salons, clinics, bike dealers, trades. People who've built something themselves and can't afford for the website to be the weak link. We know what that's like, because we're the same.
We're not the cheapest.
There are cheaper ways to get a website. They involve a template, a stranger, and nobody to ring. What you're paying us for is that the two people who built it are the two people who still answer the phone — and that the site does what it was built to do.
We stand behind what it brings in.
A website that doesn't bring you enquiries is a website that's failed, however nice it looks. If yours isn't working, that's our problem to sort. We'd rather that be true than take a deposit and disappear.
