Eternia Digital (a trading name of APX Studios Ltd) builds websites and Shopify stores, does local SEO, and hosts and looks after the sites it builds. Work for clients is governed by the separate written agreement, proposal or invoice for that work. Nothing on this website replaces or overrides that agreement.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use this website in any way that could damage it, impair its availability, or that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful. Unauthorised attempts to access our systems or misuse data are prohibited.

4. Intellectual property

The text, design, photographs and code on this website belong to Eternia Digital unless otherwise stated. Client websites shown here belong to those clients. Please don't reproduce or reuse anything without asking us first.

5. Liability

This website is provided as is. We keep it accurate and up to date as best we can, but we make no warranties about its content, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we're not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this website.

6. Links to other sites

We link to client sites, Google and Facebook. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or their policies.

We aim to keep this website available at all times but can't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or suspend it without notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
