Kim runs Bella Jules, a beauty clinic and training academy in Ossett. Vicky sat with her in the salon before we built anything, and the site was designed around Kim's own work and her own photographs — not stock, not a template. Donna, a tongue-tie midwife who sees families from across Yorkshire, came to us for a site that gets parents booked in quickly and explains what happens at an appointment.
Working in your own town changes how you work. We bump into our clients at the Co-op. We've sat in their salons and their treatment rooms before we've built a thing. So the sites we make for Ossett businesses are built around what those businesses actually are, not around a template with the town's name typed in.
It also means the local search side is done properly — your Google Business Profile, your reviews, and pages that mean something to somebody searching from WF5 — because we know exactly what a customer round here types into their phone.
